Pukuku’i Herbal Cleansing Baths may not be returned or exchanged. Exceptions may apply to item(s) that arrive damaged. In this case, we must be notified within 72 hours of receipt or confirmation of delivery.

With each herbal product sale, this is the purchaser’s informed agreement to the following terms & conditions prior to payment and receipt of the product.

• NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to report the probability of an allergy to components in any of the herbal products. Hui O ‘Anela and Ka Malama ‘Anela is not liable and will not be held accountable for the result of anaphylaxis, wheezing, rash, hives, itching or any other allergic reaction that may occur.
• The purchaser knowingly agrees to purchase an herbal product that may irritate large areas of the body and skin. Therefore, the purchaser does so at their own risk.
• In The Agreement, the purchaser acknowledges Hui O ‘Anela and Ka Malama ‘Anela is not liable and cannot be sued, fined, or billed for or by any medical, physician, counseling, behavioral, judicial, financial or attorney representatives or entities.

 

30 Day Return/ Exchange for Similar Item. Receipts are required to be considered.

The exchanged item must be of equal value.  The 30-day exchange date begins 72 hours from date of shipping if delivery confirmation date is not available. NO CASH REFUNDS. In the rare event, that a refund for an out-of-stock product must be issued, an in-store credit will be provided and must be used within 60 days from the date the item has been received. All returns must be evaluated to receive an approval for an exchange. ++

 

Sale prices offered at the time of exchange are not applicable to even exchanges.

 

Buyer must assume the cost of the lowest shipping rate+ & will be reimbursed charges if the item is deemed defective. All original pieces and parts of the product(s) must be returned. ++

 

+NOTE: Expedited return deliveries will not be reimbursed, and replacement product(s) will not be expedited.

 

++ PRIOR to returning any product(s), ALL exchanges must evaluate and be approved by us. If a product is returned without approval, or prior arrangement regarding an exchange, the product(s) will be held for 30 days, as we have a NO REFUND POLICY. Within the 30 days, buyer must contact us for an exchange agreement. Otherwise, the item will be discarded following attempts to notify the purchaser, unless it is defective, then it will be replaced. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

4. RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the delivery date. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit Product Terms.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

Hui O 'Anela is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

- Orders cannot be shipped outside the Continental U.S.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
