• 30 Day Return / Exchange for a similar item of the same price. * 

  • ​ 30 days begins from the time of delivery. If delivery date is not available, then 30 days will begin 5 days after the ship date. 

  • No cash refunds for the return of item(s).

  • In-store credit may be used within 60 days from the date the item(s) is (are) returned, evaluated, and approved by Hui O `Anela.

  • *USED ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED.

• Sale prices offered at the time of the exchange are not applicable.

• The client, or recipient, must have the receipt prior to contact. If receipt is not available, then please provide the purchase date for consideration and research.

• The client must assume the cost at the lowest shipping rate & will be reimbursed the charges if the product(s) is (are) deemed defective or damaged upon arrival (in transit). We request that all parts, pieces, and packaging be returned with the product(s).

  • NOTE for Returns, Replacements & Exchanges: Expedited, Priority Mail, FED EX or UPS return deliveries will not be reimbursed. The client will assume this expense and may choose to pay extra for the exchange.

• ​THE CLIENT, OR RECIPIENT, MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING A DAMAGED OR PARTIALLY USED ITEM FOR EVALUATION.

  • ​ All exchanges must be approved PRIOR to return. If an item is returned without approval, or prior to an exchange agreement, the item will be held for 30days as no refunds may be provided. Within 30 days, the client, or product recipient, must contact Hui O `Anela for an exchange agreement. Otherwise, at our discretion, the item will be shipped back if there is no physical damage, or it will be replaced with the same or similar product.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

4. RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the delivery date. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit Product Terms.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

Hui O 'Anela is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

- Orders cannot be shipped outside the Continental U.S.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
