I like how Kumu Karen explains a huna process that usually comes to me intuitively. Nearly all of these steps are a slight variation of my clearings and ho`oponopono practices.
I've never been guided to share this outside of session because my kumu are my aumakua and kupuna who have passed. Some of the older ones, kahuna and uhane, still believe that sharing the mana`o is kapu. Including the pule.
