Birth - Current

Also known as a Kahuna Po, this translates in English as being a High Priest or High Priestess. Today's Kahuna can easily be equated to a modern Hawaiian Shaman who would maintain similar indigenous practices and spiritual beliefs. In the past, the Kahuna nui advised his Ali’i on spiritual matters, and conducted rituals to invoke spiritual help and guidance.*

PRACTITIONER, MASSAGE THERAPY

After a year of studying various modalities and completing 700 clinical hours, Kilani graduated from the Nevada School of Massage Therapy in Las Vegas, NV in October 2016. Soon afterwards, the Nevada State Board of Massage Therapists granted licensure. It didn't take long for the establishment of the sole-proprietorship Ka Malama 'Anela, "Angel Intuitive Massage", in February 2017.

A Kahuna lomi lomi may easily translate into a Massage expert or Massage practitioner. This form of Lomi Lomi is from the teachings of Sacred Lomi®, or Temple Lomi, with Tom Cochran. Certified to practice Hawaiian Temple Massage in Las Vegas, NV with some modification.

Sacred Lomi is rooted in the lineage of Kahu Abraham Kawai’i. The practice integrates other lineages that support you to live a life of aloha and thrive in your massage or healing profession and in your life. Abraham Kawaii’s lineage is sometimes referred to as Temple Style Lomi, Hawaiian Temple Bodywork or Kahuna Bodywork.**
